As a part of a centralized UX/UI team, I am versed in:
- Functioning as both an individual contributor and project leader, guiding a team of designers and researchers.
- Managing and executing design work from project goals to execution, validation, and final handoff to engineers.
- Working with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Understanding and balancing business, user, and technical requirements.
- Delivering experiences that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
